Often a 30-minute group session is enough to ensure your users are able to get started with a new system or updated software package.

  • Once the installation is complete, we return to site to ensure all users involved with the changes are using the solution in a consistent and confident manner.

  • Once the training sessions are completed, the Prosyn helpdesk is available to assist further if needs be.
