IT Support in Soho
We only charge per user, not per device
We handle all third party communication
We help you establish an IT strategy for future growth
With surrounding Westminster being home to the most businesses per square mile of any London borough, and Soho itself supporting an increasing number of media and tech companies, competition can be fierce and there is no room for serious technical failures. Our technicians offer IT support in Soho which means that they are always close at hand if something goes wrong and can have the problem fixed with very little downtime.
In the modern business world, technology is not just a tool, but a lifeline. We all depend on it to complete our daily tasks and keep our businesses running smoothly. That’s why problems with devices or interruptions in internet service can be so frustrating. For a small business, the loss in productivity, data or even revenue caused by technical failures can be a huge setback. Prosyn understands this, because we’re also a small business. Like you, we depend on technology for a huge part of our business activities, so we are dedicated to ensuring you get the most out of your IT systems to keep your business running as efficiently as possible. We’ll handle the technical side of things, while you focus on growing your business.
Other IT support companies can feel impersonal and often recommend a one-size-fits-all approach to IT solutions. Prosyn provides each client with a free consultation so that our technicians can get to know you and your business and put together a completely personalized IT system that best meets your needs.
Some of the more popular services we provide include:
- IT Relocation
- Cloud Computing
- Data backup and recovery
- Network services
- General IT support packages
- IT Training
- Software and Hardware Setup Services
Let’s face it, a large chain of shops doesn’t have the same IT needs as a small, local startup business, and they shouldn’t be prescribed the same solutions. We offer your business the IT solutions it needs, at a variety of price points that can fit almost any budget. We speak in plain English rather than technical jargon and won’t lock you in with long contracts – ours are only 3 months long, since we’re confident our service will keep you coming back for more. We’ll also take full responsibility for your comprehensive IT needs, and even deal with third party providers so that you don’t have to.
If you run a small business in the Soho area, or even in nearby Temple or Covent Garden, Prosyn could be just the solution for your IT needs. We are very familiar with the unique needs of small businesses because we run one ourselves. Get in touch today to see how Prosyn’s team of trained professionals can help your small business become more efficient, effective, and ultimately more successful.
Joanne Pohl, Office Manager, Murray & Roberts
Murray & Roberts is South Africa’s leading engineering, contracting and construction services company. It has installed infrastructure, delivered services, applied technology and built capacity throughout South and Southern Africa for 108 years, making a significant contribution to sustainable socio-economic development in the region. Murray & Roberts operates in Southern Africa, Middle East, Southeast Asia, Australasia and North and South America. Prosyn has assisted Murray & Roberts with relocating their London office.
From an IT aspect, Prosyn managed the relocation and liaised with the appropriate parties involved, (such as the removal company and the landlord) to ensure the move was a smooth one. Some of the work that was carried out included:
- Documented IT hardware and generated an asset list.
- Inspect resources in the new office, ensuring telephone and internet lines were ordered in time.
- New office checked to ensure that there were enough data and power ports, and the location of the Comms cabinet was determined.
- Engineering resources were managed carefully and access to the building was arranged for the engineers.
The planning stage was crucial to ensure that potential issues were negated. Prosyn project -managed the move from an IT perspective to ensure that on move day, everything went smoothly.
