Offsite support package – £25 PER USER/MONTH

Our offsite support package includes unlimited remote support for each named user. This is a device independent contract – like the AA, we cover the person rather than the device! So if your director needs to work from home, or is having an issue with his iPad, a friendly Prosyn engineer will be available to help.

Onsite support package – £45 PER USER/MONTH

Covers all of the items in the remote package and includes any break-fix related site visits. Many businesses want to fix their IT costs and this is the ideal way to achieve this – the best way to avoid unexpected bills when hardware breaks down.

Onsite visit package – £85 PER USER/MONTH

As companies grow and their IT requirements change, there often comes a need to put a friendly onsite face to your IT support. Our onsite visit package is the ideal way of hiring that engineer whose time onsite grows in line with your organisation.
