Providing unlimited support by telephone and email, next business day onsite response for faults that cannot be fixed remotely and a number of other benefits, this package really can’t be beaten on value.
Advanced Onsite Support
If you have more demanding IT needs, Prosyn still have you covered in the form of either our Advanced Onsite Support Package or Executive Onsite Visit Support Package. The former offers all of the benefits of the Offsite Support Package but adds unlimited onsite support for £47 per user per month, whilst the latter is truly comprehensive.
Executive Onsite Visit
At £82 per user per month, that package gives you everything from the other two plus weekly onsite routine checks, site visits as required, a dedicated onsite engineer and a dedicated account manager.
