WEBEX & Telephone support.
Sometimes it's just the small things that prevent us working or enjoying leisure time on the Pc. Slow running, Program installations, Software glitches. Prosyn's commitment to a speedy response to PC problems is to announce a new approach to customer care. Our clients can now book an Internet based Webex session with a Prosyn Engineer.
No call out fees!!
Once booked, you are directed to Prosyn's website for this service. Once you give us permission, we take control of your computer to diagnose and if possible solve the problem on your machine. You only have to touch your Mouse during the session if at any time you want to regain control of the Pc.
No Internet connection?
No problem! Our skilled Engineers are on hand to offer Telephone support in 15 minute time slots to help solve your problem or get you back online. It also clarifies your problem to the Engineer who if not able to rectify the problem over the phone has a clearer understanding of what's involved so minimising the length and costs of home visits.
